Relaxing Bath Salts
Our skin is our largest organ through which we can absorb much needed minerals into our body. A 20 minute soak with added Relaxing Bath Salts provides cleansing and water-softening from the borax, beautiful clear skin from the clay, detoxing from the epsom salts, minerals from the Himalayan salts, and deep relaxation from stress and soreness from the lavender essential oil.
Ingredients: Borax, kaolin clay, Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, essential oil of lavender
Directions: Add 2-4 tablespoons per bath. You can stretch the mineral absorption further by adding additional Epsom salts to the bath water. Soak for 20 minutes. Allow the salts to stay on your skin by not soaping up afterwards.
